In this document, “D’Celes Hotel”, “Hotel”, “we” or “our” refer to the service provider mentioned above.

“Customer”, “guest”, “you” or “user” are individuals or entities accessing the website, Book Now or using services provided by D’Celes Hotel.

2. Scope of Application

These terms and policies apply to:

  • Accessing and using the website D’Celes Hotel.
  • Searching, Book Now and online payment.
  • Book Now via phone, email, social media or at the desk.
  • Using Rooms & Suites, amenities and services at the hotel.
  • The hotel's collection, use and protection of customer information.

When accessing the website, submitting Book Now requests, making payments or using services, the customer confirms having read, understood and agreed to the contents published here.

If a room type, service package or promotional program has specific conditions, those conditions will take precedence for the corresponding transaction.

3. Website Usage Conditions

The customer commits:

  • Provide accurate, complete and lawful information.
  • Do not impersonate or unlawfully use others' information.
  • Do not interfere with, sabotage, or disrupt the website's operation.
  • Do not use the website for fraudulent, illegal purposes or to infringe third‑party rights.
  • Do not copy, harvest data, content or the Book Now system using automated tools without permission.
  • Do not distribute malware, spam or content that may affect system security.

D’Celes Hotel may temporarily restrict access, decline transactions, or request additional verification when signs of fraud, system attacks, abnormal Book Now, or terms of use violations are detected.

4. Room rate includes:

  • Service charge and VAT 
  • The above price applies to single/double rooms, including breakfast at the hotel.
  • Free use of the swimming pool and gym.
  • Free wireless internet.
  • Complimentary tea, coffee and 2 bottles of mineral water in the room daily.
  • The resort fee is non‑refundable if not used.

5. Pricing policies

Extra bed Adults (>=12 years old) 400.000 VND
Surcharge Adults no extra bed 300.000 VND
Children (06-11) with extra bed 250.000 VND
Children (06-11) no extra bed 150.000 VND
Children (<6) share parents' bed (maximum 2 children) 0

Each room may incur a maximum of 01 Adults on the third.

6. Policy for receiving and Check-out

  •  The Check-in time is after 14:00 (2 PM) and the Check-out is before 12:00 (noon). 
  • Requests for early Check-in or late Check-out must be notified in advance and are subject to the hotel's availability at the time of request.

The surcharge rates for early Check-in or late Check-out are as follows:

  • 30% surcharge: early Check-in from 12:00–14:00 or late checkout after 12:00–15:00
  • 50% surcharge: Check-in early from 10:00 – 12:00 or late check-out from 15:00 – 18:00
  • 100% surcharge: Check-in early before 10:00 or late check-out after 18:00

(Breakfast is included and flexible for guests requesting take-away breakfast)

50% surcharge Cancel/modify between 8–14 days before Check-in Date.
100% surcharge Cancel/modify within 7 days before Check-in Date (or no-show).

For all Book Now (including FIT and GIT) during holiday periods: The free cancellation period is 30 days relative to Check-in Date. For MICE groups, the free cancellation period will be required earlier, from 30‑45 days depending on the timing.

– Lunar New Year: 16/2/2026 to 19/2/2026 (Gregorian)

– Hung Kings' Ancestors' Death Anniversary: 26/4/2026 (Gregorian)

– Victory Day and International Labor Day: From 30/4/2026 to the end of 1/5/2026.

– National Day: 2/9/2026

– Vietnamese Culture Day: 24/11/2026
